Our team

Director - Rick Bolton.

Rick is a Social Work England Registered Social Worker with 22 years post qualification experience in multi-agency strategic and operational roles across Childrens and Adults Safeguarding, Youth Offending Team operational and management, and seconded into HM Prison Service.  


Rick has a wide range of review and quality assurance processes including Local Child Safeguarding Practice Reviews, Serious Public Protection Incidents investigation, and has developed our concise Impact Learning Review process. Rick is experienced in working with coronial, criminal and family court processes.

 

Rick is dad to Isaac who has complex cerebral palsy, and as a result has worked extensively with the NHS Chief Nursing Officers 6 C's of Care campaign in 2014 - 16, is a WellChild Parent Ambassador, a proud Trustee of Derian House Children's Hospice and a Parent Governor of a Special School.
