Local Child Safeguarding Practice Reviews
We can facilitate the whole review cycle from Rapid Review to presentation of the report to your Local Child Safeguarding Partnership and the National Child Safeguarding Practice Review Panel.
Our approach is bespoke to your needs - we work with you to develop a methodology that fits your outcomes. We know you want to move from critical analysis, to root cause understanding through to multi-agency improvement and actions in a swift, succinct, focussed manner involving typically no more than 5 days of work.
Our Local Child Safeguarding Practice Review approach is based on production of concise analysis focussed reports, with commentary to help understand the systemic context and clear, accountable actions for partner agencies.
The Quality Safeguarding approach to Local Child Safeguarding Practice Reviews is aligned with the requirements of S.5 Working Together 2018, and latest National Child Safeguarding Practice Review Panel guidance.
Impact Learning Reviews:
The Quality Safeguarding Impact Learning Review model is designed to use a one-off learning event to expose key learning, themes, good practice and areas for action on multi agency complex cases. This approach, based on key chronology and development of key practice themes, has been developed over years of practice and brought clarity and deliverable action plans to dozens of cases that sit below the threshold of a full Safeguarding Adult Review. It has helped organisations unblock barriers to progress, reflect on key learning and examine complex cases.
We are specialists in distilling complex multi systemic learning from cases that do not meet the threshold for LCSPR. Our model of facilitating information gathering followed by a one off learning review meeting is well established, with a follow up action plan for your organisation.
